HONEY AND SOY GOOSNARGH CHICKEN BREAST - Water bathed breast, of corn-fed chicken, baby bok choi and wild winter leaves local honey and aged soy
CHAR SIU PORK - Honey roast rare breed pork fillet and cheek, pork crunch, Chinese Ginger salad
SALMON TOBAN DJANG - Pan roasted Scottish salmon, Chinese greens and a sweet and sour chilli bean sauce

The Lu Ban Christmas Dinner is available from Thursday 25th November on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
£45 per guest, early diner offer on Thursdays and Fridays for tables booked 3pm-4pm.
£60 per guest for tables after 4pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
We will still be offering our full main menu during the festive season if you don't fancy a 3 course set meal.
