Find out what's included, how much it costs per person, and where to take advantage of the meaty deal.
What is the Hawksmoor Steak Flight?
Think like a whisky flight, but for beef. Hawksmoor currently has eight different cuts on its menu, but most of us rarely stray from the one or two we know and love. The group’s answer is the Steak Flight: four cuts from four British breeds, served together for the table to share and compare.
Which steaks are in the Hawksmoor Steak Flight?

From left to right: Aberdeen Angus fillet, Wildfell Wagyu sirloin, Hawksmoor Farms rump, Longhorn rib-eye
The Steak Flight features four distinct cuts from British breeds, allowing diners to explore and try new cuts they may never have experienced before. The cuts on the menu include:
Wildfell Wagyu sirloin
Wildfell Farm uses its cattle to help restore historic British farmland, then finishes them on malt nuts and potato peeling, giving the final steak an intense, buttery texture and flavour. According to Hawksmoor, co-founder Huw Gott spent the best part of two decades searching for a Wagyu producer that met the group’s sourcing standards.
Longhorn rib-eye
The Longhorn rib-eye ties back to Hawksmoor’s opening 20 years ago, when Gott and fellow co-founder Will Beckett served beef from a single Longhorn herd in North Yorkshire. The breed came close to extinction in the 1970s, and Hawksmoor says it still works with the farms that helped save it.
Hawksmoor Farms rump
A tender rump cut sourced from small British farms, where cattle are slow-reared on grass and forage, which brings out their beefy flavour.
Aberdeen Angus fillet
Taken for slow-reared, purebred Aberdeen Angus cattle, Hawksmoor sources from heritage British farms, to make sure that the fillet is as velvety and tender as possible, with an ultra-fine grain.
How much does the Hawksmoor Steak Flight cost?
The Hawksmoor Steak Flight costs £200 and is designed to feed four to five people, working out at about £50 a head.
Which Hawksmoor restaurants serve the Steak Flight?
