Join us on Tuesday March 31st at Heron for a guided Champagne tasting and four course meal.
The evening will be led by Peter Crawford, a founder of Sip Champagne and a specialist with over 20 years’ experience working closely with independent growers across Champagne. Peter will guide us through six grower cuvées, selected specifically to pair with the menu and to show how thoughtfully made Champagne can truly shine alongside food.
The food comes from good friends Seoridh and Chef Sam at Heron, who’ll be serving four seasonal courses designed to complement the wines.
We’ll be seated family-style at a small number of large tables, creating an easy, social atmosphere while each course is served individually. This is a deliberately unhurried evening, time to listen, taste, talk, and enjoy what’s in front of you.
