The Frog E1’s chef patron Adam Handling will welcome Vivek Singh (from the Cinnamon Collection) to cook up a storm this November. The pair will collaborate on a five-course dinner menu, combining the flavours of the East and West alongside matching wines. On the night, you can expect dishes including halibut and crab hollandaise, spice-crusted hake with a bitter melon relish, and a dessert featuring chocolate, cherries and malt.
The Adam Handling and Vivek Singh dinner takes place on 7 November at The Frog E1, from 7pm. Tickets are priced at £75.00 per person, to book email firstname.lastname@example.org.
