Taking place in Higginson Park from 14-17 May 2026, the nation’s most loved foodie weekend brings together renowned chef names and delicious food from some of the UK’s best gastropubs and restaurants. Not to mention thrilling music performances, engaging masterclasses, inspiring talks and a wealth of entertainment for foodies, families and beyond.
While Pub in the Park has previously been a touring UK festival, this year the event is going all out with one big, food and music-filled weekend in Marlow. Which chefs are at Pub in the Park 2026?
This year’s chef line-up promises star-studded talent including Si King, Raymond Blanc OBE, James Martin, Tommy Banks and Matt Tebbutt. While festival favourite Atul Kochhar will also be making a return, and he's bringing his modern Indian restaurant Kanishka to the festival for the first time.
More big names in the world of food include Instagram star Emily English (aka Em the Nutritionist), baking pro Candice Brown and wine expert Helen McGinn, with visitors able to watch the chefs and foodie experts in action at live cooking demonstrations and engaging Q&A sessions.

Pub in the Park always brings a wealth of tasty food from the UK’s top restaurants and gastropubs, and this year is looking like a treat. Indulge in elevated pub classics at The Oarsman, The Star Inn, and Raymond Blanc’s The George & Dragon, and enjoy seasonal, seafood dishes inspired by the coast from Rick Stein.
There are plenty of new restaurants heading to Marlow in 2026, including bold, fire-led cooking from Temper, and imaginative plates by Six by Nico. Elsewhere, Oxmoor Farm, Tommy’s Pie Shop, and Sticky Mango will be serving up flavours from across the globe.
The festival has also released the line-up of chef-created specials that will be on offer, featuring a whole range of dishes and plenty of big flavours. Highlights include Temper’s Three Beast Feast, Rick Stein’s Tempura Soft Shell Crab Burger, and Kanishka’s Lamb Pepper Masala, alongside creative bites like fish finger katsu sliders (The Oarsman), pulled lamb bao (Abbey Inn by Tommy Banks), and Indonesian beef rendang (Sticky Mango).

The menu also features standout comfort foods such as loaded fries – try the Green Man’s pulled port version – venison braised in IPA (by Oxmoor Farm), and truffle-topped potato tots (The Star Inn). Plant-based options are equally impressive, while families are catered for with thoughtfully crafted kids’ dishes at every restaurant, from crispy chicken bao to pea and feta croquettes.
NEW: Join literary icons at The Author’s Table
New for 2026 is The Author’s Table, a brand-new stage where literary legends in the world of food will celebrate all things books, storytelling and conversation. Hosted by Mark Wogan and Simon Rimmer, The Author’s Table will feature a series of exclusive live interviews with the nation's favourite authors, including the likes of Richard Coles, Ashley Roberts, Ivo Graham, Raymond Blanc OBE, Emily English, Andrea McLean and James Martin.
Guests will also be able to round off their experience by heading to an exclusive book signing session, giving them the chance to meet the authors in person.

Pub in the Park isn't just about the food. The festival is renowned for hosting big-name headline acts, and this year is welcoming music legends Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra, Craig David, Gabrielle, McFly and Razorlight to the stage.
If that wasn’t enough, visitors can dance the night away at the all-new Kitchen Disco, listen to inspiring talks from major authors in the Book Club Tent, and get to grips with all things wine and cocktails in the Drinks Masterclass Tent.
