Best restaurants in Knightsbridge

Knightsbridge is one of London’s most well-heeled neighbourhoods, and as such the best restaurants in Knightsbridge are quite the high-end selection, offering the perfect places to book for a special meal or celebration, starting with a glamorous cocktail or a flute of classy Champagne. Here’s our pick of the best restaurants in Knightsbridge.

Updated on 16 February 2023

Bordering Hyde Park, Knightsbridge has always been a hub for deep-pocketed tourists, international residents and upscale restaurants. Ever a global shopping destination for those looking to splash the cash thanks to, among others, Harrod’s, dining in Knightsbridge follows suit when it comes to price. Dining in Knightsbridge needs little introduction, as the area is home to culinary institutions like Dinner by Heston, Petrus and Marcus.

However, some more recent, affordable additions have opened up this area to younger, more casual diners. Some more relaxed pizzerias have moved in, along with delis where you can quickly grab a bite at the counter or outside, and reasonably-priced Lebanese joints like Comptoir Libanais.

No matter how you slice it, there’s plenty of choice when it comes to places to eat in Knightsbridge. It’s just as well-equipped to host a croissant, coffee and catch-up as it is a ten-course, Michelin-starred journey of modern European cuisine. As such, we cast a wide net then pick out the best of what we find. You won’t find every restaurant in Knightsbridge on this list, just the ones we think have got the goods.
