STK has truly gone global, with over 20 sites across North America, The Middle East and Europe. Owned by The One Group, STK Westminster can be found inside The Westminster London Hotel and is the second of its London outposts (along with its site on The Strand).
The restaurant offers bright and comfortable interiors by day, with cream leather seating and booths that outline the room, while by night pink mood lighting illuminates the bar and introduces a party vibe.
For those who want to turn dinner into a late-night event, STK Westminster has its own private bowling lane, a feature that’s unique to the London restaurant. Guests can purchase a series of packages, whether it’s a game with colleagues or a night-long party, to round off their dining experience.
While steak is the name of the game here, the restaurant serves a selection of signature dishes with the aim of creating a fine dining experience that goes one above a traditional steakhouse. Start with something from the raw bar, such as oysters or ceviche, for a lighter way to whet the palate. Market salads and starter include calamari, seared scallops and burrata with tomatoes. While main dishes feature rack of lamb with black garlic, braised beef short rib with bourbon glaze and king crab linguine.
All steaks include small, medium and large cuts of bavette, filet, flat iron, sirloin, Wagyu Picanha, Ribeye or Black Angus Tomahawk varieties. And if you’re feeling luxurious there’s the option to add a roasted lobster tail to your plate. Boujee, eh?
Every day from 3pm – 6:30pm, diners can benefit from a happy hour offer and enjoy a selection of bites and drinks at a discounted price. While on weekends bottomless brunch is the thing, with the option to add bottomless Bloody Mary’s, mimosas, prosecco, white and red wine for £30 per person.
