Available every day of the week serving lunch through to dinner, The Westminster Bar & Grill menu begins with small plates, which include a British charcuterie board, marinated olives and a vegan sausage roll with sweet pepper relish. There's also a confit onion, roast pepper and goat cheese tart with green pesto, succulent salt and pepper chicken wings with BBQ glaze and buttermilk dressing, and a burrata served on Isle of Wight tomato, with grilled baby leeks and smoked anchovy crumb.
The all-day menu also includes a superfood salmon salad, which is full to the brim of quinoa, kale, avocado, sweet potato, king oyster mushrooms, and topped with a miso glaze and maple mustard dressing. More traditional mains include a rich mushroom Wellington with vegetable gravy, a traditional beer-battered fish and chips with mushy peas and tartare sauce, and roast chicken breast with sweetcorn puree and jus.
The burger challenge is perfect for those with a hearty appetite and consists of five smashed patties and unlimited fries.
