Stone Cave says

Named after a robustly flavoured, mixed breed of free-range chicken, this “fresh, bright” Japanese yakitori joint specialises in grilled skewers impaled with bits and pieces from juicy Goosnargh birds – thighs with spring onion; wings with shiso and grilled lemon; hearts and bacon, even the parson’s nose, plus a couple of veggie choices including king oyster mushrooms. There’s also an additional selection of small plates that occasionally veers into fusion street-food territory for, say, crab and sweetcorn croquettes with dill mayo. Weekend brunch is a popular shout, while the brief yet brilliant cocktail menu uses Japanese flavours to great effect, with craft beers, whisky and saké providing back-up. Filled with Dalston trendies who are already hooked on its “casual, freestyle food”, Jidori’s interior is a bright functional box of a room with chefs working in full view – comfortable, no, but ideal for a bite before heading to the Rio Cinema.
