On 17 July, Wright Brothers Spitalfields is teaming up with Piper-Heidsieck for a Champagne paired dinner. Guests will enjoy five different vintages paired with a selection of dishes curated by head chef Michal Heins. Dishes you can expect to find include roasted Peterhead cod, roasted breast of Squab pigeon with confit leg and a tasting selection of Wright Brothers oysters.
