On Sunday 27 November, Ondine’s head chef Roy Brett will make the journey from Edinburgh to the capital to cook a special lunch, at Wright Brothers in Spitalfields. Roy’s six-course menu will include a selection of Scottish oysters and Cullen skink (the famed Scottish fish soup), followed by butter-roast cod from Peterhead served with puy lentils, whipped celeriac and girolles.
