Brooklyn Beckham to open first-ever pop-up restaurant in London

Self-professed foodie Brooklyn Beckham is set to launch his first ever pop-up restaurant in the capital this month, available exclusively on Uber Eats.

While the restaurant isn’t technically available to eat in, customers will be able to order the takeaway-only menu via the Uber Eats app in January.

The menu is set to feature five of Brooklyn’s favourite comfort food dishes from around the world. Items include the young star’s English Breakfast Sandwich filled with Mangalitsa streaky bacon, a charcoal-barbecued Chicken Tikka Masala and a 12-hour slow-cooked Wagyu Bolognese.

Completing the line-up will be Iberico pork and prawn dumplings, plus buffalo cauliflower with Brooklyn’s homemade ‘secret’ hot sauce.

Brooklyn is best known for being the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham, although more recently he’s made a name for himself on social media for his cooking videos. A video of him making fried chicken racked up an impressive 4.9 million views, for example, which he shared with his 16.4 million followers.

Commenting on the menu, he said: ‘My Nanny Peggy taught me how to make her English Breakfast sandwich when I was 5, and it’s been my favourite ever since. I’ve always been into trying different foods, cuisines, and cultures, but that was one of my earliest memories of loving cooking. Spending time in the kitchen is definitely something me and my dad bond over… even though I think I make my English Breakfast sandwich better, he does make a pretty good one!’.

The menu will go live for Uber One members exclusively on the 25 January, while all Uber Eats users will be able to access the dishes from the 26 January.

The collaboration between Brooklyn Beckham and Uber Eats is part of a wider series which sees the food delivery app partner with special guests to create exclusive menus. The series kicked off with a collaboration with two-Michelin-starred restaurant Ynyshir at the end of 2023, which allowed diners to order a 10-course tasting menu for £200 a head.
