Two French chefs join forces for dinner at The Greenhouse

Eric Frechon, head chef of top Parisian restaurant Le Bristol, will team up with chef Arnaud Bignon at The Greenhouse in Mayfair for a one-off dinner.

The seven-course menu will incorporate both chefs’ culinary style while sticking to classic French dishes, which include: a starter of smoked foie gras, venison with gingerbread, pear and salsify and a dessert of chestnut, milk chocolate, clementine and hazelnut.
