up your street. Popular in South America, ceviche is raw seafood marinated in citrus juice (which naturally ‘cooks’ it), herbs and olive oil, and the Club Bar & Dining has come up with some
inventive twists on traditional ceviche, including baby squid with chorizo, spicy prawn cocktail ceviche and salmon tartare with daikon and oyster ceviche. Dishes, costing between £7-9, are
designed for sharing and can be eaten at the bar along with other tapas dishes or in the main restaurant alongside the a la carte menu.
