Summer is the season for our very own Scorzone black truffle to shine. Celebrate the exquisite flavour of this treasured mushroom with The Three Bridges that has designed a ‘Black Truffle Dinner’ to highlight the delicacy in every dish – including dessert. Along with the special rustic Italian-influenced menu of the Alba style, The Three Bridges, in conjunction with wine importer Altissma, provides equally special organic wines: The Azienda Agricola Rugra’ provides the Gavi Docg, and the Ca’ di Frara is providing the ‘Ca’ di Frara Bianco,’ a Pinot Grigio. To taste the menu, please book a table by calling in advance. Dinner begins at 7pm.
