Indulge your loved one with a Valentine’s Day meal at one of London’s most high-end restaurants. Apsleys – a Heinz Beck Restaurant is offering a seven-course Valentine’s Day dinner with the option
of matching Italian wines.
Dishes range from foie gras, artichoke and sweet-wine jelly (paired with 2008 I Capitelli, Anselmi) and scallops with green asparagus and black truffle (paired with 2010 Feudi di San Gregorio,
Greco di Tufo, Campania) to langoustine with fennel and potato (paired with 2009 Ca’ dei Frati, ‘Brolettino’, Lugana, Lombardy). Plus, chef Heinz Beck has devised a secret Valentine’s Day dessert
to be paired with 2009 Franz Haas, Moscato Rosa, Alto Adige.
Live piano music will entertain lovers, and ladies will be presented with flowers during the evening.
The tasting menu costs £160 per person, or £230 with matching wines.
