Luxury Champagne house Ruinart is opening a pop up hotel in London’s well-heeled Primrose Hill. Open from 30 June to 10 July, Hotel 1729 is open to guests for one-night-only stays, who will experience a night to remember.
During their overnight stay, guests will be personally hosted by Ruinart Maître d’Hospitalité, Olivier Livoir and experimental Danish chef Bo Lindegaard. Olivier will guide guests through tastings of Ruinart in all its forms whilst recounting the mesmerising stories relating to the Maison’s many firsts including the first crayères and rosé Champagne; as well as Ruinart’s singular dedication to the Chardonnay grape. Alongside this, Bo, a key figure in the Copenhagen gastronomic scene, will pair each tasting with imaginative tasting dishes.
Hotel 1729 is open from 30 June - 10 July for one-night only stays. An overnight stay for two, including Ruinart Champagne, a dining experience and breakfast, is priced at £850.
