Petaluma Wine & Food Matching at Bonds

The wines of the highly rated Petaluma will provide the framework for a gourmet five-course dinner at fine-dining restaurant Bonds on Tuesday 20 September 2005.

Winemaker Andrew Hardy (below right), long time protégé of the great Brian Croser, will talk diners through the varied but consistently world-class Petaluma range, including the premium Croser bubbly, Adelaide Hills Viognier, Clare Valley Riesling, Adelaide Hills Shiraz and the fabled Coonawarra Cabernet/Merlot blend, rounding off with the Petaluma Botrytis Essence which is being shipped exclusively for the evening.

Chic city restaurant Bonds has created a modern French menu to complement the wines.
