On 21 March, Orrery will celebrate its 21st birthday with a one-off dinner cooked by Orrery alumni. The stellar line-up includes Chris Galvin, chef patron of Galvin Restaurants, André Garrett of Cliveden House, and Allan Pickett, executive chef of the Swan at Shakespeare’s Globe.
Tickets include a glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne on arrival, followed by a five-course dinner with wine. The team of chefs will cook up a storm, with dishes including fillet steak tartare with quail egg, sourdough and truffle, and duck with foie gras, pickled turnip and spiced jus. Dessert meanwhile will be taken care of via a peanut butter mousse with bitter chocolate, lemon, salted caramel and honeycomb.
