On Thursday 1 March in anticipation of International Women’s Day (8 March), Oklava will team up with chef Pip Lacey’s soon-to-open restaurant Hicce for a one-off dinner. The four-course meal will feature truly collaborative dishes, including the likes of spiced slow-cooked pork shoulder and gem lettuce, grilled cod with smoked mussels, charred onions and pickles, and sumac and oregano-glazed duck breast with fermented turnips, hazelnuts and pickled caper leaves. Dessert meanwhile will see tamarind-glazed BBQ pineapple, with seven-spiced rice pudding ice cream, pistachios and lime.
The Oklava X Hicce dinner takes place on Thursday 1 March. Tickets are priced at £65, to book call 020 7729 3032 (Booking essential, credit card details taken to guarantee tables).
