John Wright, forager and author of the River Cottage guides to wild foods, is hosting two foraging sessions from on 10 October at Summer Lodge Country House Hotel, Restaurant and Spa in Evershot,
Attendees will accompany Wright as he forages for edible delights in the chalk downlands and leafy woods around the village of Evershot, deep in the heart of the Dorset countryside. There will be
two sessions leaving from the hotel, one leaving at at 9.30am and one at 2.30pm. Open to non-residents as well as guests at the hotel, both sessions are complimentary and will be followed by an
optional lunch or dinner, at the guests’ expense.
