Make a date at Le Manoir this autumn

As if anyone needed an excuse to visit Raymond Blanc’s fantabulous Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, the Oxfordshire restaurant has unveiled a series of autumn events that will knock your socks off.

On 16 September, wine lovers can enjoy a double whammy of luxury, with a private tasting of classic Rothschild family wines and exciting New World wines at nearby Waddesdon Manor. This will be followed by a five-course dinner at Le Manoir, each course paired with a Rothschild wine (£250 per person, including coach transfers, apéritifs, canapés, wines, coffee and petits fours).

Next, on 29 September, Champagne Laurent-Perrier will collaborate with the restaurant and master perfumer Roja Dove, to create a multi-sensory Champagne dinner that puts the emphasis firmly on scent. Working with Dove, Raymond will develop dishes whose flavours and aromas underscore the nose of each style of Laurent-Perrier being served (£260 per person, including Champagnes, coffee and petits fours, with a a 20% discount certificate for the Roja Parfums boutique).

Finally, on 23 November guests can enjoy anecdotes and a Q&A session at An Audience with Raymond Blanc. This light-hearted and convivial evening will celebrate Blanc’s three-decades-and-counting tenure at Le Manoir, preceded by a Champagne reception and four-course dinner (£250 per person, including canapés, wines, coffee and petits fours).
