On Saturday 21 March, Luton Hoo Hotel will launch the first of four winemaker dinners for 2015 - this one introducing the wines of one of New Zealand’s leading wine companies, Lawson’s Dry Hills.
Hosted by Lawson’s Dry Hills’ Nick Adams, the event will comprise a three-course meal including courses such as hand-dived scallops with cauliflower purée and spiced confit chicken, and herb-crusted loin of lamb with wild-garlic rösti and samphire. Each dish will be paired with one of Lawson’s wines. After the meal, Adams will give a talk about his experiences in the wine trade, and answer questions about the wines.
