Boisdale of Bishopsgate will be hosting a special game dinner on Thursday 8 October to celebrate the
launch of Lord Tebbit’s new book The Game Cook.
The three-course dinner will feature dishes such as rabbit terrine with Armagnac soaked prunes and toast, and Highland pheasant with haggis and apricots, cooked by Neil Churchill, head chef at
Boisdale of Bishopsgate, to recipes from Lord Tebbit’s book. The former Tory Trade Secretary will say a few words after the main course and also hold a book signing after the dinner, with copies
available at half the retail price. Tickets are priced at £125 per person.
