London in the Sky returns for summer 2017

What’s better than eating great food by some of London’s most accomplished chefs of a summer day? How about doing it 100 feet in the air? Yep, Events in the Sky is returning to London as part of its summer 2017 programme from 19-30 July, this time in the grounds of Chelsea College of Arts and adjacent to the Thames. 

Chefs cooking in the sky include Michael Reid (M Restaurants), Robert Ortiz (Lima), Pascal Aussignac (Club Gascon) and Calum Franklin (Holborn Dining Room). The platform has room for 22 and diners are strapped in as chefs cook in front of them, at one of nine sittings per day:

Breakfast: £50

Lunch: £125

Afternoon drinks: £75

Dinner: £150

Later sunset dinner including Champagne reception: £200

Late evening drinks: £75

As well as London, in 2017 Events in the Sky will be popping up in Glasgow (15-18 June), Newcastle (24-29 August), Bristol (7-10 September) and Southampton (21-24 September).
