This summer, Launceston Place head chef Ben Murphy will welcome some of the UK’s best chefs for a series of one-off dinners. The ‘Behind the Pass’ series will see star guests such as chefs Sat Bains, Rowleigh Leigh and Nicholas Balfe, as well as cookbook author Florence Knight. The menus on the night will be dictated by which seasonal produce is available, but with names like this at the helm, a delicious meal is practically guaranteed.

Launceston Place’s Behind the Pass collaboration series will run from May-July, with each menu available for one night only. Tickets will be priced from £65 with optional wine pairings and can be purchased by emailing email@example.com.
