Lassco Three Pigeons in Oxfordshire is welcoming Leith's-trained chef Jesse Kemper on Saturday 29 July, when she will cook a three-course meal. Each supper club that Kemper hosts focuses on seasonality and this dinner will feature a starter of spring onion focaccia, followed by cured mackerel served with a cucumber ceviche and lemon sherbet dressing. The main will be hanger steak in a Romesco sauce and served with salt-baked potatoes, while dessert will see black forest gateaux with cherry.
