On Sunday 26 August, Crazy Bear’s Stadhampton venue in Oxfordshire is opening its doors for its 19th annual summer garden party – and Square Meal readers are invited.
As ever, guests can look forward to a lazy afternoon of top-flight entertainment, fabulous food and fun in the Oxfordshire countryside – all just a 40-minute drive from London.
This year's line-up includes DJ sets from 1980s’ legend Boy George and Fast & Frank from 1990s’ rock band Fun Lovin' Criminals, plus performances by Beatrix Von Bourbon (whose burlesque act was
the talk of Britain’s Got Talent) and bands covering hits from Elvis to Bob Marley.
What’s more, Crazy Bear’s kitchen will be pulling out all the stops with a barbecue of Thai-style meats and side dishes, plus a hog-roast banquet.
The entertainment will run from 2pm to 12M; food will be served from 3pm to 10pm. General admission costs £75 for adults (£37.50 for children) and includes food and entertainment. VIP entry costs
£125 for adults (£62.50 for children) and includes a Champagne reception, admission to the VIP marquee facing the stage, allocated table seating with full table service, access to the VIP cocktail
and Champagne bar, and fast-track entry to the event.
