Fifteen, Jamie Oliver’s first – and most ground-breaking – restaurant chain, turns 10 this year. To celebrate, alumni from each annual intake since the charity was launched in 2003 are cooking at
monthly anniversary supperclubs – each for one night only.
The supperclubs take place on the 15th of each month. The next event, on 15 April, will welcome graduates from the 2004 brigade to the kitchen.
They will showcase favourite dishes from their time at Fifteen, including bruschetta with smashed peas, broad beans, mozzarella and pea shoots; lamb stuffed with smoked aubergine, lemon yoghurt and
rocket; and vanilla-and-lavender pannacotta with rhubarb compote.
The 15 May supperclub will be cooked by the 2005 intake. Tickets to the anniversary supperclubs cost £35. To book, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 3375 1515.
