Cooking with friends can be a lot of fun, but we imagine it’s a lot more fun when you’re both renowned chefs. And this autumn, Ivan Simeoli of Osteria 60 at Kensington’s Baglioni Hotel is launching a series of dinners where he invites his chef pals to join him in cooking a collaborative dinner.
First up is chef Yoji Tokuyoshi of Ristorante Tokuyoshi in Milan. Ivan and Yoji, who worked together at Osteria Francescana in Modena (voted World’s Best Restaurant at the S. Pellegrino 2016 awards), have curated a 12-course tasting menu featuring their respective signature modern-Italian dishes.
Taking place for one night only on 7 October, and preceded by a Laurent-Perrier Champagne reception, this is a unique opportunity to enjoy some fine Italian dining.
