On Tuesday 21 March, Sartoria will host its next regional wine dinner focusing on the area of Tuscany. A four-course classic Tuscan menu
will be accompanied by wines from the region's best-known producers, and following the meal there will be a food and wine discussion with head chef Pasquale Amico.
