Don’t miss the opportunity to learn from a meistro, as Isola’s head chef Graziano Bonacina opens up his kitchen for a series of exclusive masterclasses for groups of up to eight pupils. Following
an introduction to ingredients and techniques, participants are invited to get their hands dirty and try their newfound knowledge first hand. Classes may cover anything from mastering essentials
such as risotto, seafood, game and pastry, to the preparation of easy Italian suppers, seasonal summer recipes and more elaborate meals for entertaining (phone for further details) and there’s a
chance to taste the fruits of one’s labour, as well as some specially selected wines, at the lunch that follows each class. Suitable for both beginners and experienced cooks, the classes are also a
fascinating introduction to the workings of a restaurant kitchen – but don’t worry, the recipes have all been adapted for home use.
