Contemporary Indian restaurant Moti Mahal is offering a special menu throughout April and May pairing dishes with
biodynamic wines from renowned Alsace producer Josmeyer. Biodynamic wines are grown organically without herbicides or pesticides, working in harmony with the cycles of nature and using traditional
farming methods. The menu, devised by head chef Anirudh Arora, costs £49 for five courses served with four different wines – including the stunning Riesling Grand Cru Brand Vendages Tardives 1997 –
