Chocoholics should make a beeline to quirky Shoreditch restaurant Les Trois Garçons. To celebrate the launch of Godiva’s latest nut-crunch sensation, ‘Croquant’, Godiva’s Master Chocolatier,
Jean-Claude Sibret, and Les Trois Garçons’ head chef, Ademola Adigun, have created innovative and delicious dishes using Godiva chocolate. The dishes will appear as part of the main menu until July
and include grilled goats’ cheese glazed with Godiva chocolate, served on a bed of mixed leaves, and pan-fried Dover sole with Godiva chocolate-filled figs wrapped with Bayonne Ham and served with
asparagus tips and a Cognac sauce.
