From 14-30 July, London’s Nahm will offer visitors to Selfridges Oyster & Champagne Bar a special guest menu to showcase the best of Thai cuisine.
As part of the Senses of Thailand festival, Nahm’s head chef Matthew Albert has developed five courses for shoppers to sample at Selfridges. The menu will also suggest Champagne accompaniments for
the dishes, from Louis Roederer.
Albert will host cooking demonstrations in the store to explain the techniques involved in Thai cooking. Selfridges Food Hall will also dedicate a section to Thai produce.
