In celebration of this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Sloane Square restaurant Le Cercle, which is known for its
fantastic French tapas-sized plates, is serving up a tasting menu featuring edible flowers.
Guests can enjoy four/five courses for £39/42 (including tea or coffee) at lunch and dinner from 20-25 May. As well as the flower menu there’ll be floral-inspired cocktails including the ‘Hibiscus
Spring salad, violet dressing
Seabass tartare, vanilla oil, pomegranate and nasturtium
Variation of lamb with tulip, verbena and creamy garden peas
Brillat Savarin, hibiscus and juicy berries
Crispy milk, frosted rosemary and glazed peach
