Inspired by the Chelsea Flower Show, Harvey Nichols Fifth Floor is launching a botanical cocktail flight this May, offering miniature versions of classic botanical drinks.
Complementing the floral decor of the recently opened bar, the botanical cocktail flight includes the following drinks:
Geisha - Sake, rose syrup, lychee juice and Champagne
London in Bloom - Beefeater gin, lychee juice, lemon juice and rhubarb liqueur, finished with orange flower water
Clockwork Orange - Absolut Mandrin and Absolut Original infused with sweet yellow and red peppers
Green Day - Sipsmith vodka, elderflower, avocado, celery, marmalade and ginger
The flight is available from the end of April and is priced at £19.95.
What’s more, a floral afternoon tea also on offer at the bar during April and May is. Chef Jonas Karlson has created accompaniments such as Hibiscus financiers, lavender cup cakes and homemade
violet and strawberry jam to be served with a rose petal and vanilla tea. The floral afternoon tea is priced at £19.50, or £29.50 with a glass of Champagne.
