Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill is offering guests a fish masterclass with its charismatic head chef and owner Richard Corrigan. Learn how to dress crab, prepare the perfect lobster, shuck

The class will take place on 8 October, from 10am-12.30pm. Each class will be followed by a lunch with matched wines.
