Foodies Festival is back this year with three London locations, a drinks theatre with wine masterclasses, craft beer tutorials and cocktail demos, and so many top London chefs leading cooking classes that we wonder how the capital’s restaurants will manage.
Also look out for a vintage tea room with experts on hand to whip your baking skills into shape; a children’s cookery school; a daily Bushtucker Trial featuring edible insects in a pop-up jungle; and street-food market featuring food from around the globe, with pride of place given to the cuisine of World Cup hosts, Brazil.
The first Foodies Festival takes place from 28-30 May at Syon Park; the second from 8-10 July on Blackheath Common; and the third from 27-29 August at Alexandra Palace. Tickets cost from £16. To book, visit the Foodies Festival ticketing page.
