Are you the type of person who always intends to stay in and make something from one of the hundred cookbooks decorating your kitchen shelves… But ducks out at the last minute hits up a restaurant instead? Then the Cookbook Dinners series at The Marksman gastropub has got your name all over it.
The Cookbook Dinners see well-known guest chefs choose a cookbook from which to create a four-course menu at The Marksman, in collaboration with the chef-owners. First up is Quo Vadis’ Jeremy Lee, who will cook four courses from Elizabeth David’s classic book, An Omelette and a Glass of Wine. The following month, Lee Tiernan of Black Axe Mangal will dish up his cookbook menu of choice.
