Eat like a king at Min Jiang without breaking the bank

If you love the finer things in life – decadent dishes, first-class wines and an imposing setting – then book a table at Kensington restaurant Min Jiang this August and September and take advantage of its stunning special menu – a celebration of fine food and Louis Roederer Champagne.

Until the end of September, Min Jiang will be offering diners the chance to tuck into one of its most popular signature dishes, Beijing wood-roast duck, paired with a bottle of Louis Roederer Brut Premier. Guests can choose between a whole duck matched with a whole bottle of Champagne for £99, or a half bird with half a bottle of Champagne for £80.

Beijing wood-roast duck is the restaurant’s signature dish, carved and served at the table in three helpings: first, the tiny pieces of crisp duck skin are dipped in sugar; then slivers of the rich meat are rolled in pancakes with traditional accompaniments; lastly, the remaining meat can be enjoyed spiced and spooned into lettuce wraps.

The crisp, fresh characteristics and citrusy aromas of Louis Roederer’s Brut Premier style perfectly balance the rich, savoury flavours of the duck, making this food-and-wine pairing an inspired choice. Meanwhile, Min Jiang’s spectacular location on the 10th floor of the Royal Garden Hotel offers diners unrivalled views of Hyde Park and the capital beyond, guaranteeing a very special experience.

This offer runs until the end of September; diners should book ahead by calling the restaurant on 020 3544 7970 (booking is essential for dinner). This offer is subject to availability; please mention the offer when booking.
