alongside luxurious foods such as oysters, truffles & caviar. Ideal for an anniversary, birthday present or treat for oneself, the events will be led by Pearl’s award-winning sommelier, Michael
Davis, & executive chef, Jun Tanaka.

Sample dark, milk and white chocolate with Jacquesson & Fils Vauzelle Terme Ay Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs 1996, Krug Rosé NV, and Laurent Perrier Brut Rosé. (£80 per person).
Champagne with Caviar – 2 June 2007
Featuring selected farmed caviar with Louis Roederer Cristal 2000, Krug Brut 1995, and Dom Perignon 1998. (£180 per person).
Champagne with Oysters – 8 September 2007
Taste Belon, Tzaskya and Fine de Claire oysters with Pol Roger “Sir Winston Churchill” 1996, Dom Ruinart Brut 1996, and Louis Roederer Cristal 1999. (£80 per person).
Champagne with Truffles – 1 December 2007 Enjoy white, Perigord, and autumn truffles with Bollinger Extra Brut RD 1985, Dom Perignon Brut Rosé 1995, and Krug Brut 1995. (£180 per person).
