The Chinese Cricket Club is hosting a series of masterclasses that will reveal the secrets behind some of the restaurant’s most popular dishes.
Executive chef Brendan Speed, formerly of Zuma Istanbul, will prepare the dishes for his guests, who will be able to taste, smell and touch the ingredients and learn more about the cornerstone
techniques of Chinese cooking.
A five-course meal, featuring dishes such as soft-shell crab and pork sui mui, will follow the masterclass.
Classes run on the last Friday of the month, from 2.30pm-4.30pm, and are limited to 10 people. The masterclass and five-course meal costs £54.
