Australian chef Greg Malouf, who runs MoMo in his native Melbourne, will be signing copies of his new book, Saraban, at Made in Camden, at the Roundhouse, on 10 February. The book charts Greg and co-author Lucy Malouf’s journey through
the kitchens and dining rooms of modern-day Iran.
Made in Camden will host the launch party for the cookbook, where Greg and Lucy will talk about the trip that inspired Saraban. Head chef Josh Katz and his team will prepare Iranian-style
snacks. Entry to the party, which starts at 7pm, costs £15.
