From 8 May to 11 June, Lanes at the Four Seasons Hotel will celebrate white asparagus season with executive chef Bernhard Mayer’s special
menu that features white asparagus in every course. The menu includes both traditional dishes such as white asparagus with hollandaise sauce and unconventional options like vanilla-poached white
asparagus meringue with minted bitter chocolate custard.
