Celebrate Seasonal Food and Wine at Tate Britain

To celebrate the finest ingredients available in July, the Rex Whistler Restaurant at Tate Britain invites you to indulge in a special seasonal five-course tasting menu. The historic restaurant at Tate Britain has one of the most spectacular interiors in London with the specially commissioned mural, The Expedition in Pursuit of Rare Meats by British artist Rex Whistler covering all four walls. Head chef Richard Oxley has created a sumptuous five-course tasting menu of contemporary British cuisine which is matched, course by course, with outstanding wines selected from the multi-award winning wine list by Tate sommeliers Hamish Anderson & Jade Koch. This critically acclaimed tasting dinner complements Tate Britain’s specially themed nights Late at Tate which takes place on the first Friday of each month. This gives the public the opportunity to enjoy half price admission to spectacular art exhibitions, together with specially programmed performances, music, talks & films at Tate Britain after hours for free.
