On Tuesday 3 April chef Richard Bainbridge, who heads up the kitchen at Benedicts in Norwich, will make his London debut at Kitchen Table, the hidden chef’s table at the back of Bubbledogs. Alongside fellow chef James Knappett, Richard will thrill guests with a 12-course tasting menu. Menu highlights will include prawn cocktail topped with a sprinkle of freeze-dried raspberries, and pineapple on a stick made with a parmesan mousse and scorched pineapple.
The Richard Bainbridge dinner at Kitchen Table takes place on Tuesday 3 April, from 7pm. Tickets are priced at £140 per person (plus service charge and drinks). To book, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
