The team at Brother Marcus have created a six-course Cretan-inspired menu for their latest pop up. The feast is separated by Earth, Sea, Land and Heaven and features dishes such as Cretan bread with hazelnut dukkah and sesame. Other courses will include grilled octopus on a bed of yellow split pea puree, and shaved fennel salad topped with charcoal oil. To finish, there will be orange baklava with pistachio ice cream. Guests will also be able to enjoy Greek wines, alongside a cocktail menu including the likes of Mexata, a Greek spirit based on brandy blended with muscat wine and mountain tea.
The Brother Marcus supper clubs take place on 16 and 17 November. Tickets are priced at £33 per person, to book click here.
