Since opening in 2015, Pop Brixton has proved to be a fertile breeding ground for brilliant new restaurants: much-loved Indian Kricket has already announced plans to open in Soho later this year, while Donostia Social Club's tapas have got plenty of tongues wagging too. On Tuesday 13 September, Donostia Social Club are taking over the POP Brixton event space; hosting Hidalgo sherry, pairing five tapas with five matching sherries, all contextualised by producer Fermin Hidalgo.
