Malaysian fine-dining restaurant Awana, in Chelsea, is running its Street Food Festival from 12-25 April. Executive chef Mark Read and head chef Lee Chin Soon will be firing up their woks to create

Deep fried spicy prawn fritter
Fish ball skewer with homemade peanut sauce
Crispy organic tofu filled with cucumber strips and bean sprouts served with a spicy tomato sauce
