Asparagus Menu at the Dorchester

From Wednesday 25 April, The Grill at the Dorchester will be offering a special English Asparagus Tasting Menu from chef Aiden Byrne. Priced at £70 per person, highlights include asparagus gazpacho with pea & mint sorbet, wild sea trout (cooked sous-vide) with asparagus mousse & chervil, & saddle of rabbit with asparagus, Sauternes & tarragon sabayon.
